Why it exists

Broker commission arrives as aggregated statements, in different shapes, from different sources — and the errors that cost the most are the ones that leave nothing behind to check: the trail payment that quietly stops, the stepped increase that never applies. CommissionsIQ was built to reconcile what your statements say you were due against what actually arrived, and to make the gaps visible.

Who's behind it

CommissionsIQ was founded by Sakib Manzoor, who has spent more than a decade in Australian mortgage and finance. He built it after reconciling his own commission statements line by line and finding payments that had simply never arrived — no notice, no correction, nothing on any statement to show they were missing.

That's the whole origin of the product, and it's why it's built the way it is: around the assumption that the payment you never received is harder to notice than the one that came through wrong. What CommissionsIQ is — and isn't

CommissionsIQ is software. It reads the commission data you give it, reconciles it against what your lenders and aggregator should have paid, and flags the differences. That's the whole job.

It is not credit assistance, and nothing it produces is financial, tax or legal advice. It doesn't arrange loans, hold a credit licence or act between you and your aggregator. Its figures are a starting point for a conversation with whoever owes you money — you remain responsible for verifying entitlements against your own commission schedules and for your own licence obligations. Where we are

We're a young company, and we'd rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. The product is live and in use by mortgage brokerages today; the roadmap is real and we're building it in the open. What you'll find on this site is what the product does now — not what we hope it does eventually.
