Start with the statements you already receive

CommissionsIQ works from the commission statements you already receive — uploaded as Excel or CSV and mapped once per format, so your commission data is in one place.

The consolidation problem

Commission data arrives in different shapes from different sources — different columns, different naming, different periods. Consolidating it by hand is where most brokers' good intentions end, usually somewhere in the third spreadsheet.

How it helps

Excel and CSV, plainly

Upload statements as Excel or CSV files. PDF is not supported — we'd rather say so here than have you discover it on day one.

Formats mapped once

The first import of a new format is mapped to the right fields, and the mapping is saved per format — repeat imports of the same format reuse it.

Checked on the way in

Validation checks run on import, duplicate statements are detected, and statement lines are matched to loans — so problems surface at upload, not months later.

Load your history

Bring in your historical statements — up to 6 months of commission data on Starter, and all years on Professional and above. Stopped payments and missed stepped-trail increases only become visible against history, so the more you load, the more the reconciliation can see.

Why files, not feeds — for now

Statement files are the one source every broker already has, already controls, and doesn't need anyone's permission to use. Feeds require the co-operation of platforms that haven't granted it. Building on statements first means the product works for every broker today — and where a provider can grant approved access, we can connect on our side.

Common questions

Do you integrate with my aggregator?
No integration is required — and that's the point. CommissionsIQ works from the commission statements you already receive, so there's nothing to set up with your aggregator and no waiting on anyone else's roadmap. Where you or your provider can grant approved API access, we can connect on our side.
What file formats can I upload?
Excel and CSV. PDF is not supported — if your statements arrive as PDFs, you'll need the Excel or CSV version, which most aggregator portals provide.
Do I need my aggregator's permission?
No. You're uploading statements you already receive and already own. There's nothing to arrange, no system access, and no IT involvement.
What if a statement format changes?
Formats are mapped per source, and the mapping is saved. If a format changes, the mapping is updated once and repeat imports continue from there.
How much history can I load?
Up to 6 months of commission data on Starter, and all years of commission statements on Professional and above — see pricing. History matters, because patterns like a stopped trail payment or a missed stepped increase only become visible against it.
