CommissionsIQ for aggregators

CommissionsIQ gives aggregators a way to offer their brokers commission reconciliation across their whole panel — so brokers can see what their statements say they were due against what actually arrived.

The commission questions land on your desk

"Where's my commission?" and "why is this different from last month?" are reasonable questions — and when a broker can't answer them from their own records, they become support queries on your desk, and relationship-manager time that could be going into recruitment and retention.

There's a quieter cost too: a broker who can't reconcile their own income is less confident in the statements they receive. That's not a data problem — your statements carry the numbers — it's a tooling problem on the broker's side.

What offering it to your panel does

Brokers self-serve

Reconciliation questions get answered from the broker's own screen instead of arriving as queries — the statements they already have, made legible.

It reflects well on you

A genuine value-add that deepens the panel relationship. Giving brokers the means to check their own income reads as confidence, not risk.

A recruitment edge

A concrete differentiator when brokers compare panels — something your network gets that another aggregator's doesn't.

How it works at panel scale

Brokers upload the commission statements you already send them, as Excel or CSV. There's nothing to integrate, no data feed to build, and no IT project on your side — which means no dependency on your roadmap to get a panel started.

Where you can grant approved API access, we can connect on our side — but nothing depends on it. Multi-broker views and broker-level performance are built and live, so a brokerage principal sees the whole business while each broker sees their own book.

Commercial arrangements

Panel and volume pricing is available and discussed directly — every panel is a different size and shape, so we'd rather have the conversation than publish a table that fits nobody. White-labeling is available on Enterprise. Talk to us about your panel.

Questions aggregators ask

Does this expose our commission calculations to scrutiny?
CommissionsIQ compares what the statements say a broker was due against what was paid. It does not audit the aggregator, hold lender schedules, or make judgements about how commission was calculated. Where a difference appears, the broker investigates it — often with their aggregator, which is a conversation both sides usually want to have sooner rather than later.
Do our brokers each need their own account?
Each broker works in their own view of their own book, and multi-broker views are built and live for management across a brokerage. How access is structured across a panel is part of the commercial conversation — talk to us about your setup.
What do brokers have to do to get started?
Upload the commission statements you already send them, as Excel or CSV. The first import of a format is mapped once and saved; after that, repeat imports are routine. No system access and no IT involvement.
Do we need to provide a data feed?
No. Nothing depends on a feed — brokers work from the statements they already receive from you. Where you can grant approved API access, we can connect on our side, but it isn't required for your panel to start.
Can it be white-labeled?
Yes — white-labeling is available on Enterprise.
How is pricing structured for a panel?
Panel and volume arrangements are discussed directly rather than published — contact us and we will work through your panel size and structure with you.
